After weighing their options, the lead dater extends a secret invite for a second date. Will the chosen person unlock those fuzzy, flirty feelings and show up or leave them alone behind the door? 2. “One Four Three” – Genevieve (Ella McCready) enters a lesbian relationship with Rebecca (Ellouise Shakespeare-Hart), leaving her fiancé (Rory Grant) and family devastated. But a violent attack by an unknown assailant finds her hospitalized with amnesia. With nothing to lose, she begins the dangerous task of uncovering who she is and who attacked her.
3. “Bowes Academy“ – Bowes Academy, preparing the next generation of closeted gay republicans. Daniel Bloom, a deeply conservative presidential hopeful who will do anything to escape his public high school to the elite boys boarding school of his dreams…until Bowes Academy seems to know more about his sexual orientation than he does.
4. “Against the Ropes“ – Kayla is a high school girl training for pro wrestling. She will have to overcome peer pressure, ultra-conservative parents and constraints of her own sexuality.
5. “Noor & Layla“ – In Noor & Layla, Nicole Nwokolo and Sahar B. Agustin-Maleki portray a relationship between two queer women –in chapters marked by the five prayers of Islam. The innovative short film from director Fawzia Mirza (Signature Move) and produced by Andria Wilson Mirza is told in reverse chronological order and is timed to the songs from a Muslim alarm clock. But in addition to its format, Noor & Layla is a breakthrough depiction of a love that is rarely seen in mainstream media.
6. “Theality“ – Theality TV: the Story of making an Off Broadway Musical; Little House on the Ferry, is given 1 Month and $10,000 to create a backer’s audition to fund Robert Gould’s dream of having a Broadway Musical. The Musical tells the story of a love triangle set in Fire Island weekend marriage equality passes in New York – starring Gay WWE muscular, wrestler Fred Rosser (Darren Young). Shot on the Lower East Side in a real Off Broadway Theater with all the aspects of producing theater included. 10 Episodes from casting to rowdy rehearsals to wrap show with Host Michael Musto.
